Chicken Chili (serves 1)
This recipe uses the Microwave Soup Mug
¼ lb / 113 grams of ground chicken
½ cup salsa
1 tsp chili seasoning
2 tbs shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbs sour cream
Crumble chicken in the mug. Clip the lid onto the container and click open the steam vent, cook 1 minute. Chop and stir then clip the lid back onto the container with the steam vent open and cook for 30 seconds. Add salsa and seasoning, then put the lid back onto the container and cook for 1 minute. Top with cheese and sour cream.
This recipe was prepared using a 950 watt microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave used.
