Chicken in Lemon Butter Sauce

Chicken in Lemon Butter Sauce (serves 1)
This recipe uses the Microwave Soup Mug

4 oz / 113 grams boneless skinless chicken, cut in small cubes
1 cup penne pasta
1 tbs butter
1 tbs lemon juice
¼ tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper

Put the chicken and garlic into the mug then season with salt and pepper.  Clip the lid onto the container and click open the steam vent, cook for 1 minute 30 seconds.  Stir and then clip the lid back onto the container with the steam vent open and cook for additional 30 seconds or until the chicken is cooked through.  Stir in the pasta, butter and lemon juice, then after attaching the lid with the steam vent open cook for 1 minute.

This recipe was prepared using a 950 watt microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave used.
