Edemame

Edemame - Serves 4 

This recipe uses the Large Microwave Steamer

10 oz frozen Edemame
¼ cup water                   
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp kosher salt

Using the Large Microwave Steamer. Place water and soy sauce on the bottom of steamer.  Put in the tray and add the edemame.  Season with salt.  Lock on lid, open vent and cook for 5 minutes.

These recipes were prepared using a 950 watt microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave used.
