Edemame (serves 1)
This recipe uses the Microwave Soup Mug
½ cup frozen shelled edemame
¼ tsp soy sauce
1 tbs water
1/8 tsp kosher salt
Put edemame, soy sauce and water in the mug. Clip the lid onto the container and click open the steam vent, cook for 2.5 minutes. Drain and toss with the salt. Enjoy as a snack or on a salad.
This recipe was prepared using a 950 watt microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave used.
