French Toast (serves 1)
This recipe uses the Microwave Soup Mug
1 XL egg
1 tbs half and half (half cream)
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sugar
Dash of salt
1 slice bread, cubed
2 tbs maple syrup
In the mug add the egg, half and half, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, salt and whisk together. Add the bread cubes and gently stir to let the bread soak up the liquid. Clip the lid onto the container and click open the steam vent, cook for 1 minute 30 seconds. Serve with the maple syrup.
This recipe was prepared using a 950 watt microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave used.
