Garlic Rosemary Butternut Squash

Garlic Rosemary Butternut Squash (serves 1)
This recipe uses the Microwave Soup Mug

1 cup butternut squash cut in ½ inch / 2cm cubes
¼ tsp minced garlic
½ tsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in the mug.  Clip the lid onto the container and click open the steam vent, cook for 3 minutes.

This recipe was prepared using a 950 watt microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave used.
