Shrimp in Lemon Butter Sauce

Shrimp in Lemon Butter Sauce - Serves 2 
This recipe uses the Microwave Steamer – Small

½ lb. / 227 grams Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs melted butter
2 tbs lemon juice
½ tsp minced garlic
1 tbs fresh parsley chopped
Salt and pepper

Mix oil, butter, lemon juice, and garlic on bottom of the steamer.  Place tray on top.  Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and place on the tray.  Clip the lid onto the container and click open the steam vent and cook for 3 minutes.  Carefully remove shrimp, stir the sauce on the bottom and pour over the shrimp.  Sprinkle with the fresh parsley.


This recipe was prepared using a 950 watt microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the wattage of the microwave used.
