Taco Soup

Taco Soup - Serves 8

This recipe uses the Rice Cooker (Multi Cooker)

8 oz boneless chicken breast diced
1 15oz can black beans drained and rinsed
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 15oz can corn drained
1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 10 oz can enchilada sauce
1 pkg taco seasoning
10 oz chicken broth
1 cup cooked rice

Place chicken in the steamer and cook for two minutes.  Stir in all other ingredients, cook additional 5 minutes.  You can top with crushed tortilla chips when serving.
